I had a wonderful stay at Symphony Inn. The reception staff and security were warm and welcoming. The hotel is tidy, and the bathroom was decent, though housekeeping could improve. The TV and amenities were good. Overall, it was a comfortable, pleasant, and great value-for-money experience.

The bath room was shabby with poor fitting. There are no gyser and No hot water. Not worth the money

parking was tough, Bedsheet and pillow covers were used ones. Bathroom was shabby. This stay we paid a very high cost for shabby offering.

Good place for quick short stay
Centrally located , hygiene and overall maintenance good , breakfast very good . Hot water shower was not working.

very poor customer service I heard that it's the only season in vellore normal range is 1500 to 2500. But I have changed . I don't get enough service. Even a room boy is not available there

Not Worth for Money
Rooms are not clean, the hair dryer is not working, Some lights are not functioning & AC cooling is bad. Totally I had a very bad experience.

AC not working after power cut, we have to wake up and switch ON Not cleaned tables, sticky table which previously used. Bathroom very small and not convenient to use Towels are old

Average Stay
Our stay was average, situated in very busy building on 1st floor. Complementary brekfast was served in a room as there were very few people were staying. Facilities were insufficient not any chair was there in the room. But lady present on desk was quite helpful. Dr. I.C.Gautam

Excellent Stay
This hotel is really nice and felt so luxurious. The surroundings are neat and clean, and the way receptionists treated us is really good. I loved my stay and had a wonderful time here. Overall, i had an excellent experience.

There was no electricity tric kettle for coffee/tea no wifi and no desk to sit at. Oncisderjng relatively high cost was disappointed

The location is convenient. The rooms are clean. Only, the walls are thin. So you are likely to hear across the rooms and from the ceiling.

Great Customer service
Great Customer Service, bed sheet was torn probably team look before getting them ready for occupancy. No hangers in washroom. Breakfast was really good, and apart from the customer service breakfast would be the other part where I would rate the experience 4/5.

Terrible Stay
The hotel was very unhygienic and the sheets were torn. There were no blankets provided also. The basin in the bathroom wasn’t connected to a pipe and the water was leaking everywhere.
