I checked out within 1hr of checking in. The most terrible hotel experience ever. It showed that there was complimentary breakfast. But the hotel didn’t even have room service or a dining hall for breakfast. The bathroom was terrible, water was leaking everywhere. The room didn’t even have a single window

The hotel is nothing like shown in the pictures. The property is old with none of the amenities mentioned in the property description. The washroom was dirty with broken facilities. The location is neither near the Vellore campus nor the Ranipet campus. There are very few eateries near the hotel.

Make my trip is a great way to book flight and hotels. We recently booked a flight from jaipur to chennai and then an airport cab, the process was so smooth without any difficulty. So, it was a great experience and i also recommend my friends and family to use MMT as their travel partner.

I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent stay at your hotel, which I had booked with certain expectations of comfort and basic hospitality. Unfortunately, my experience fell far short: • There were no basic toiletries such as soap provided in the washroom. • Cleanliness in the room and general premises was not up to standard. • Despite asking for breakfast, it was not provided or even offered. • Overall, the lack of attention to guest needs and basic facilities made the stay very uncomfortable. I hope you take this feedback seriously and work on improving your services, cleanliness, and guest hospitality. Basic amenities should be a standard, not an exception.

The rooms are not cleaned, the wall are with fungus, Bathroom fitting accessories are as very old, No service provided for your luggage, lift is arrives at mid of floor, so for room access, you have to climb stairs, location showing is wrong in Google map, wall fan only.... etc....

I honestly don’t even know where to start. The room looked absolutely nothing like the photos — unless those were taken during a construction project. There were broken tiles, no working TV connection, and the AC conveniently stopped working at night. The bathroom was in terrible condition, with mold in the corners and a shower that barely trickled water. To top it off, there was an old, used soap left in the dish and no fresh soap provided. There were no complimentary water bottles, no parking available, and the lift wasn’t functioning — so we had to haul our luggage up from the first floor ourselves. Overall, the place was poorly maintained and absolutely not worth the money. Avoid if you can.

Breakfast was tasty and the entire stay in this hotel was hassle free. I loved to come here again to stay.
