The room were not clean. The size of room was not as per amount charged by them. Bathroom was dirty with soiled floor. Spiders were roaming on chair and wardrobe.

It's grate experience good for stay with family service, staff behaviour, location all good.

Room service was not available, no cleaning in the room, used towels were provided. Behaviour was another issue.

The hotel looks recently renovated, interiors are very nice. All amenities are modern. I have booked the the room for one night only. I requested them for extension but rooms were occupied. Rooms are clean, spacious and odour free. Staff also cooperative. Very close to cm c

Room was neat and clean. Location was good and easily reachable. But no option for morning coffee or tea. Need to go out for coffee.

Rooms are good property is in main market. But no room service is in hotel staff is very good.

This is the worst hotel i have seen till date. Not even basic facilities are available in this property. No room cleaning, no room service, no restaurant, no bed sheet change, no towel change, etc. Staffs are very unprofessional and rude. Promised to provide an extra bed for the third guest but did not provide. Extra money was charged for bed though booking was done and payment was done for three adults persons. Worst experience

Room is not similar as shown in makemytrip app, daily room service was not available according to their claim, bathroom cleaning was not done during our 6 day's stay, rent is too much as per their service, a. C. Is too dirty so cooling is not working properly, only advantage is location and quiet, wifi service is not available in the room, they have planned building and potential to grow but they have to work on their management.

Property is good. the booking was for ac room. However, in the hotel it was told that it is non-ac and had to pay additional 400- to get the ac room. Avoid such booking. Try to book directly.
