While the hotel, stay and staff were extremely good, the rating is really down due to the way makemytrip looted / cheated me for selling this property 300% higher than its original price for 2 days. Doing a last minute booking, i completely relied on makemytrip to get me a good deal. Instead a normal room has been sold at 22k/ per day. Isn't this a daylight robbery ? even though it was expensive, i thought i'm getting into a 7 star property (this being a new property, only after entering the hotel/room i realised the mistake. I want makemytrip to re-imburse 200% (keeping 100% profit with you - which i think is a reasonable ask)
the hotel room didnt had a active tv connection, not having 2 tea cups (even though i requested them to provide, no soap holder in the bath area, no proper light to the mirror. It was definitely not worth for the amount. Please do re-imburse half the amount, before i start moving to get this amount in a legal way.
