Location, facilities are good but food is not good

Stay was nice... staff was supportive.. rooms ware clean.

Hotel staff was cooperative. Room was spacious and clean. Location is good, near to baby restaurants on main road. You can reach CMC Hospital in 10 minutes.

Location was just ok although quite far from VIT campus. No amenities. Even car parking was limited and had to be managed to park in space available. The room was quite congested. Not worth for the booking amount. It's worth for a Rs.1800 -2000 charge only. No food available. The only positive was the attender Subramani was very helpful and cooperative. All other staff were supportive too. You get good hot water. AC works well. Room and wash room was tidy although small.

Admission time at VIT and lots of parents and students in city. High demand and less supply. Opportunity to jack up the price without worrying about quality. Towels not available, limited repeated food for breakfast, no room service, no laundry service, dirty dinning Hall. If increasing the price to encash the season time, at least improve the basics for time being

The property has been referred by VIT. Hotel is located about 12 km from VIT. It’s a good hotel to stay. Hygiene is maintained. Staff is humble and services are satisfactory. Only breakfast is available in the hotel. For lunch and dinner, you need to go outside restaurants.

It is one of the best hotels in vellore. The property is at a very nice location with very good stuff.

Overall good stay. Staffs and security are well behaved. Good location near by some good restaurants are available

I recently stayed at this hotel, and my experience was disappointing. The rooms were not clean or well-maintained. The bed sheets looked used, and the bathroom had stains and an unpleasant smell. Worst of all, I spotted cockroaches crawling in the room, which made my stay very uncomfortable. The overall hygiene was far below expectations. The furniture was dusty, and the floor didn’t seem to have been cleaned properly. It’s clear that cleanliness is not a priority here. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone looking for a safe and clean environment. Definitely not worth the money.

Hotel not that much worth for the amonut that paid. Poor room service No cleaning the second consecutive day stays.

Everything is good, the amenities provided are also good. The washroom was comfortable but missing something. Breakfast is average no fruits or bakery or variety.

Room was clean. Staff were polite and helpful in all aspects of guiding for food or place to visit too. Quick, hassle-free checkin & checkout process. Located near hospitals, food shops, and near main road for easy access to public transports. Room was maintained well and complimentary toiletries and mineral water along with kettle and quick sachet coffee tea was there for refreshing. Overall nice experience.

Location is good. The only drawback is no attached restaurant. But in a 50 m distance a very good restaurant. Baby restaurant. Worth staying, the staff is very cooperative.
