Excellent accommodation at affordable rate. Location is great not too busy as it is a little distance from the main city. Great stay. Would come back to stay here in my next visit.

The property is at a pretty peaceful location away from the traffic. The sunset gives a pretty nice silhouette of the hillock which is seen from the balcony. Staffs are very helpful, especially Mr. Baburam and the night guard. People can also cook themselves by paying the daily gas fee and also can rent the place long term in a much better package. The food is generally good around the hospital area, however there are also locations nearby (7-10 mins walk from the residency) which serves decent food.

The hotel provided a great experience. Rooms were clean, staff was helpful, and the overall stay was very comfortable.

The stay is good but it's far away from the CMC the room is covered opposite hills especially the room service is good (Babu Ram) and I have to say more....

1. Room was neat and clean. 2. AC was working. 3. Hot water available 24hrs. 4. Drinking water available. 5. Wifi available. 6. Room service available. 7. No lift. 8. Not attractive location, far from main road and important centers. 9. No parking. 10. No Restaurant.

The attendant was quite cooperative. Sometimes AC switch gets tripped due to the pump motor operation. The room and washroom are neat and clean. They have provided kettle for tea. There is also a facility of kitchen in the hotel for making food provided. They only charged for the cooking gas.

Fabulous location with great hospitality. All the facilities are as per description. The attender Mr Baburam helped us with utmost dedication. Never felt any discrepancy in service. It has Very Very Neat and Clean premises. I suggest all visitors of Vellore to have an experience of staying in this Residency.

Compact rooms. Neat and clean. Parking is on roadside. Easy access from main road.

The property is located approx, 3 km from CMC, food is not available, but self cooking facility is available. Amenities & services are easily accessible

Well, the caretaker was pretty arrogant. We reached late night at around 1:30 and were damn tired and we did inform well in advance that we would be coming. Upon reaching he insisted to pay the full amount and do the other paper work. I found it pretty annoying and he was pretty rude.
