Good budget friendly hotel. Staff behaviour and service is excellent . The location is also good.

1. Room was neat and clean. 2. AC was working. 3. Hot water available 24hrs. 4. Drinking water available. 5. Wifi available. 6. Room service available. 7. No lift. 8. Not attractive location, far from main road and important centers. 9. No parking. 10. No Restaurant.

The attendant was quite cooperative. Sometimes AC switch gets tripped due to the pump motor operation. The room and washroom are neat and clean. They have provided kettle for tea. There is also a facility of kitchen in the hotel for making food provided. They only charged for the cooking gas.

Fabulous location with great hospitality. All the facilities are as per description. The attender Mr Baburam helped us with utmost dedication. Never felt any discrepancy in service. It has Very Very Neat and Clean premises. I suggest all visitors of Vellore to have an experience of staying in this Residency.

Compact rooms. Neat and clean. Parking is on roadside. Easy access from main road.

The property is located approx, 3 km from CMC, food is not available, but self cooking facility is available. Amenities & services are easily accessible

Well, the caretaker was pretty arrogant. We reached late night at around 1:30 and were damn tired and we did inform well in advance that we would be coming. Upon reaching he insisted to pay the full amount and do the other paper work. I found it pretty annoying and he was pretty rude.

Nice stay at this hotel. Great value for money. Well furnished rooms. Excellent maintenance. Only thing is amenities like tv remote issue not cleared by the staff it's only minor thing. But reception people are good.

Took a room on the ground floor, stay was not so pleasant. Bathroom was stinking throughout the day, tv was not working and staffs were not so helpful, lot of mosquitoes.
