Nothing to describe, it seems they are interested to take guests, bathroom is dirty, bed sheets has spots and electricity is gone so long time and they didn’t even bother to start the generator

The worst hotel experience I've ever had. There were no proper rooms available despite our booking, everything was filthy, and the staff outright refused to clean. The place was infested with insects and spider webs — it looked completely abandoned. None of the ACs worked. The most horrifying part: a displaced wardrobe fell on a child in our room. The child was injured and bleeding from the ear, yet the hotel manager remained shockingly indifferent. Even a sweeper urged him to at least express some concern, but he arrogantly continued scribbling in his register and said, "Humne thodi na girai hai almari." He didn't even stand up to check on the situation. Disgraceful staff, terrible service, and extremely poor room conditions. This hotel is absolutely not suitable for families or couples. It should be shut down immediately.

Very bad hotel and service

mistakenly booked this hotel, not stayed. still had to give Rs 822 . Hotel over denied for refunding money. MMT also not refunded the money pathetic.

It is very bad, I will never book through again, this hotel management is very poor and bad. I don't know how to refer this type of hotels.

Had to change 3 rooms because there’s issue in each an every room, broken ceiling, beds, taps & whatnot.

Overall hotel is good but bedsheet sleeping sheet bedsheet's condition is not good, it is not clean, rest of the hotel was good

Location is fine, there is no food, you have to order from outside which is also fine a d no safety standard, but my experience is very bed not sure what kind of management they have, i did check in and in that room ac is not working, than in second room they shifted there washroom flash isn't working than next day they shifted me other room because they don't have any vacant room, i decided than this is my last stay in this hotel, not recommended to anyone but still people will book and wants to experience the worst.

Enjoyed our 2-night stay at this hotel. Our stay was very comfortable and relaxing. Hotel facilities are extremely clean. The service quality are excellent.

I recently booked a stay at this hotel, as it was rated as a 4-star establishment on google maps. However, my experience was far from satisfactory. Firstly, the hygiene was very poor. The floor was dusty, and the side table had a noticeable layer of dust. The overall sanitation was disappointing. Despite changing rooms, i was still not satisfied with the hotel's quality. Additionally, the bathroom lighting was very dim, making it difficult to use. The hotel itself looked nothing like the photos uploaded on google. I am very frustrated with the service and overall experience. I believe a compensation is warranted for this disappointing stay.

No one has to book the room, there in no lcd pannel, mosquito 's as well as rooms are not clean. Spring bed where you have to sleep is in pathetic condition. Electricity supply is also not proper. Please check other options

The room was tidy, the bed was comfortable, and the staff was too good !

There was no water in the tab, no electricity was there. No hand wash was there. There was not even a glass or any cutlery to have something. I booked for two days however after facing these issues next day at around 10 am i checked out after getting the confirmation but still i am chasing to get my money refunded.

Since i went with fmly, the stay turned out to be even better. The cozy room, other facilities and staff were all together amazing. The place is great for all.
