Poor Stay
There was no Menu card inside room. Even after repeated requests also not provided. Ordered just 2 portions of Gulab Jamun and paid hefty price for it. Very expensive. Bath room door knob was very close to the door frame. Hence while closing the door, it's very critical hazard. My colleague fingure struck between door knob and frame and he got seriously injured his finger.

Excellent Stay
Property has neat and clean. Staff was very cooperative and polite. Food is good. Many options served in breakfast.

Satisfactory experience for rooms
Food is good but rooms are not upto remark as compare to room price. 1. Service staff is good 2. Room rates are very costly and size of room is very small.

One Day Stay at Hype
I had a wonderful stay at Hypen Business Hotel. The staff were warm, welcoming, coordinated, and always ready to assist. This is a pleasant hotel as it is nearby to the metro and other services as well. The room was meticulous, modern, and well equipped with every basic needs. We booked a deluxe room with complimentary breakfast and the food was delicious and fulfilling. Overall, a good and warm experience and a pleasant one to stay.

room and food quality
Breakfast quality needs to improve, hotel is good, receptionist offered me to take another room which is not maintained properly, after complaint they have shifted me to executive twin room which is much better in compared of offered room

Terrible place to spend your night
Unprofessional staff esp the ones working in ground restaurant. Fighting among themselves while serving. Eating from buffet while serving. No courtesy for guests at all. In room they provide dirty, torn towels.

Good Stay
The property's restaurant HYPE serves really good food. The ambience of the restaurant is very good with daylight coming from the roof during breakfast time... Also ambient lights during dinner. The room size seems a little small and the wardrobes are not easily accessible... Staff is good and polite and available on call.... Overall good hotel with location connectivity to major office areas in Noida... Thanks

Location is OK. But staff demanded money to change dirty bedsheet even though bedsheet was already dirty & stained when we checked in.

The room was not cleaned, bathroom accessories was not installated properly, there was bad smaling in the room

Good Stay
It was a pleasant stay . The front desk staff is really polite and helpful .The locality is prime rooms are spacious and with all amenities. The surprise factor is your room greet with bunch of cookies and fruit basket . One feedback is , the toiletries and the sleeper could be looked for daily and should be refilled if not available at room , even during the stay .
