On check-in, I requested for smoking room. The staff on reception denied that its not available. So they gave me another room which after seeing I requested to change to a city view room, if available. And in this same moment, they gave the smoking room to a family in front of me. They said we already gave them before and they just came with id.
Now, the room which i got - The flush was not working , and on my checkin i saw that in the toilet, there was poop all over and was full of it. I called reception and they said they will send someone to fix it. They came and pushed everything down. Then none came to clean the mess. Upon multiple calls and no action, i went down to reception. I complained again then they sent the cleaner. Even after that, it was same problem again. The water was stuck and the pot was full. Again I requested them to give me another room. There was one more customer at reception complaining that he is staying with his mother and they have given them the smoking room, which obviously could not tolerate. So i asked the reception to give that room to me give some other non-smoking room to that lady.
Finally after 3 hours of waiting and complaining i got the room. But it was a pathetic experience
