They offered a servant room initially with a separate isolated entry through all filth scattered around while the room was so stinky and had a iron staircases by passing the main property that had a grand reception. We spent nearly 45 minutes outside calling the agents and escalating the matter or looking for an alternative stay. Finally the matter got escalated and we got a resolution so they offered a proper room. The new room was far better and met expectations but it was a harrowing experience to onboard this property.

I reached the hotel and the reception guy showed me a room which is in very bad condition and said "the amount you paid you will get this only" then i need to pay 1000 extra for a good room as i reached late at night and i will not be able to check other hotels. This was a very bad experience and it also affects the reputation of mmt. No thanks.

I didn't know from where to start, since we entered the hotel the hours just did not worked for us, first of all horrible senseless management for this property making their own rules at 11 pm night to my family who were kids and ladies, they misbehaved after that was not enough they gave 2 rooms one 1 st floor and 3rd floor that too they knew we have kids, they said to his guy unko room dikha do bolo pasand ate nhi a aye yahi milega, like seriously u make such comments for your guests, is this normal, well apart from that we took 2 rooms out of which for 1 ac was not working and we didn’t even use that room we had to sleep in one room for that too after so inconvenience for 2 people they provided 1 mattress. The rooms are soo unclean, stinking, what kind of horrible experience you gave us, we were feeling so unsafe the whole night after the rude behavior we had with people here.

There were condoms in one of the side table drawers, food was tasteless and too oily and staff behaviour was also not good

They will provide you water in bottles used by others, which should be crushed and threw in dustbin(like railneer, bisleri etc, housekeeping service is really bad and i stayed there for whole week and i had to work but wifi is such a pain and at the end i used mobile data for my office work.
