please read this before booking this property. The property owners are horrible, after i reached the property, they told me to pay extra 9k and when i fought and said this is against the rule they threatened me saying else cancel your booking and they knew my booking was non refundable and they already recieved the money i paid previously, and after fighting with them for 2 hrs i finally had to beg them to give the room since i was traveling with my old parents and they agreed on 5.5k. the property is good no doubt but the owner, khusboo host is horrible. also they told me to never book anything , whereas i travel internationally and book it , BASICALLY A HORRIBLE PLACE TO STAY, PLEASE PLEASE DON'T BOOK IT.

i like the cleaning and staff was also good

I had a booking cancellation at topaz due to technical issues, but abhishek ji, the person in charge, demonstrated exceptional customer service skills and promptly arranged alternative accommodations nearby. My stay here was absolutely wonderful—peaceful, delightful, and truly refreshing. Without a doubt, it's the best place to stay in this area!

Overall average stay room in on 3rd and its very hot in jaipur right now and ac is not at right position so its cooling is not upto the mark and swing is also not in good condition. No secured parking. Good price range for this room is 1300-1400 don’t pay more than that.
