Review Of Tibet Village Resort and Spa

Resort is beautiful and the room was amazing, but the staff was really rude. I stayed in the villa type room which costed about 6500 per night. Despite having a premium room they were not that helpful with luggage and all. One glass (not window glass but the drinking one) had broken by my kid. During check out they were like “you need to pay for the glass”. I gave them 100 rs for the glass. It is not about the 100 rs or not wanting to escape accountability or feeling entitled, but we are not the kind of people who would exploit or make the most of our money in hotels. We checked in at night 8 and checked out around 11:30 in the morning. I give 100rs tip to the bag guy usually. Even in small Tea shops they wouldn't usually make u pay for such silly things. Everything else was fine, breakfast is not buffet but ala carte from a small breakfast menu. It was ok, but the Aloo was undercooked. What stays in your mind more than the room or the amenities is how they made you feel and they were really bad at it. So as a guest i was disappointed. .

The cottage was spacious and clean. Food was delicious and reasonably priced. Location is very good, walkible distance from Golden Temple. Areas of improvement 1. Breakfast service needs improvement 2. If they can develop a small play area for children it will attract more customers.

Rooms were good, however the bathrooms were not up to the Mark. Food was good, price was expensive compared to facility available

The standard room was tiny with not a table to put your luggage or a chair to sit on and bugs everywhere . We self upgraded to cottage which was huge and has plenty of spaces and table and chair desk to put your luggage. However the shower is very weak with no hot water not even warm water . Had to take cold shower which I was never used to . The bathrooms have no partition between toilet. bathtub and the shower so water from cold shower goes everywhere on the toilet seat and bathtub. The breakfast is served only at 8am and the breakfast dining area are not cleaned . The breakfast menu is a very limited menu and same menu but they taste good and good enough for us It has nice pool but we couldn’t use due to the raining weather . Overall they should improve on cleanliness and have working warm hot water .

Very nice resort hotel. Excellent swimming pool and overall hotel and accommodations clean. Food excellent. Bathroom drain very smelly which management tried to fix but failed. Very friendly and helpful staff but needs more training.

The resort is very clean, neat and well-maintained. Staff is efficient and responsive. Food is good at the restaurant.

I had an amazing stay at Tibet Village Resort and Spa! The location was absolutely prime, making it convenient and picturesque. The food was excellent – every meal was a treat. The staff deserves special mention for being incredibly kind, humble, and attentive. They catered to every request so promptly, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The room was spacious, well-maintained, and offered a perfect blend of comfort and style. The property itself has a unique charm that adds to the overall experience.

They need improve their services a lot... when we are talking to staff they couldn't understand any language... They knows only their language... They need to provide all room services what they have promised 👍 Food taste was so good but service was too late & there is very less options in breakfast buffet & there is no South indian breakfast too...They allowed outsiders for food & swimming pool...It was not good at all...

We had a bad experience. There was no water supply in the restroom. No hot water in the restroom
