familyHotel is located at a peaceful location but it's not at all a perfect place for a family with kids to stay as the market and main area are way too far and we had a hard time finding cabs during our stay.

Terrible Stay
It was the worst place to stay the room had no ac which they said but there was no ceiling fan & room was hot nothing in the restroom no toilet paper or hand soap food was disgusting we order the food but didn't eat anything condition of room was terrible. If u guys we can send you the video. Would not recommend to anyone to stay here

Average stay, don’t think the other reviews are honest enough
couplePros: 1. View of mountains from windows, you might be even able to see sunrise from mountains. 2. Rooms are moderately big. 3. Staff are polite and help as much as they can. Cons: 1. Location is far below gandhi chowk which is the main mall area of dalhousie, 30 mins uphill walk from the hotel if you want to visit gandhi chowk or you can take a cab which costs at least 400 rupees just to reach there. There is no good food options nearby and if you want food from the hotel you have to order before 8 pm and will get what you want only if you are lucky. 2. The exact location of the hotel is steep drive downwards if you are taking a car, there is no proper entrance as well. Very weird location allover. 3. Rooms do not have proper ventilation, only one window with net which makes the room much warmer than the outside and not pleasant enough. 4. There is no ceiling fan in the room, only a wall fan which is not good enough. 5. No exhaust fan in the toilet. Overall we felt the reviews are not genuine enough. Average stay.

I had a wonderful stay at the zen hotel! from the moment we checked in, the staff was incredibly friendly. The room was spacious, immaculately clean, and boasted a fantastic view of the mountains and valley. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway.

Good stay located at steep hill
Hotel was good but it is located at down hill so you need to be extra careful while driving. You need to walk a bit to reach hotel. Staff is very helpful. View from window is awesome. Food was also good

Fantastic stay, best view
Recently stayed at a fantastic hotel in an excellent location. It's nestled in a peaceful area just 1. 5km from the bus stand. The rooms were spacious enough for all four of us, and the bathroom was immaculately clean. The parking space was ample and convenient. The highlight of our stay was the delicious food prepared by chotu bhaiya. His culinary skills were exceptional, and the prices were surprisingly reasonable compared to other restaurants in the area. Overall, it was a great experience. The location, room size, cleanliness, parking, and food were all excellent. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Many thanks to chotu bhaiya and the staff for their hospitality!

Price was very high and the room was not same as shown in picture no balcony no view small conjusted room.

A nice stay at dalhousie
Location is easy to reach and it is 3-4 kms before gandhi chowk which is the centre point for khajjiar, chamba, mall road and other attractions. Rooms are fine managed by staff who are very hardworking and friendly. Food option is limited at hotel but you can have it to fill your belly

The stay at this hotel was amazing. The staff, room, and cleaning were nice. Chotu bhai there was good at his work. No matter what the issue was related to travelling. He never hesitated to offer help. Kudos

The property is located at a very weird place. The rooms are good, staff is co-operative. Location is horrible. Not recommended for family.
