A quality stay

property location was centre to tourist attractions. Breakfast menu may be reviewed, south Indian items may be added rest food was more than good. Amenities and services were to the point but carpet floorings in room need slight cleaning.

The security of the hotel was not that great as someone from the hotel, who had the access to a room with the master key entered a room without any permission, and when this was notified to the hotel authorities, we didn’t see any prompt action taken by them.

A New Property with Great Comfort” I had a comfortable stay here for a couple of days. For a business trip, this hotel is an ideal choice for anyone looking for comfort. It has almost every facility one could expect, which is truly a blessing for travelers coming to a small town in North East India. Adding a spa in the future would be a wonderful idea, as it would help guests relax after long and hectic road journeys. The pressure of running hot water in shower is a bit low, management should take care of that

Pathetic service in an excellent hotel

The property is a wonderful property but its service is absolutely pathetic. Last night I ordered for dinner at 9pm and after repeated calls the food had come at 10.30pm and that too completely different food from which I ordered. I sent back and at 11.30pm I get a call in the house phone that they would be brining my ordered food. Pathetic experiance

Very good location right at the centre of Sibsagar town but in a quiet and peaceful locality. We did not take any food. Service is excellent and all the necessarily amenities are available. Spacious and very clean room.

Ac was not working. In order to fix or check the ac i had to call so many times at the reception. I got irritated towards the end.
