Food are good bt room stay not good

Ok

Need to improve on food and room maintaining is not good bed sheet are dirty. Washroom are very bad.

I was amazed. I had a great experience and premium comfort at this price. Highly recommend.

This was my first stay in this hotel but i would say that everything was very good from ambience to service of the staff.

The hotel location is a crowded area, it is outside the city, difficult to get public transport. The breakfast is not good.

Good hotel, food is ok, staff service is quite ok.

Though this hotel in dibrugarh was the best in its class at one time. However to my shock it has not been maintained. No running hot water. , room does not get locked properly from outside, the bed and food were decent

Hotel is only taking cash which are doubtful

I stayed there for one day. I requested for early check-in and it was allowed. Rooms were clean but there was a medicine type of smell. Staff is very friendly and polite. Service was good. Despite everything i have one complaint, they allowed a birthday party on the same floor as we were staying and those people made lot of noise due to which i had difficulty sleeping.

The food quality is poor, hotel was not sanitized properly. Service was very poor. Overall i dont recommend this hotel worse stay

Good quality food with pleasant stay.

Booked a room for 3 person, myself and parents unfortunately was provided with only one king sized bed. Bathroom was clean and had all required facilities. Food was good. Hotel staff were good. At such a price one expects an electric kettle and refrigerator in the room, unfortunately neither was available. Proper ventilation is not available in the room unless you switch on the ac which is an issue for winters.

The rooms, including the linen and toilets were clean and hygienic. The room service was good. The multi cuisine restaurant was also good. Overall it was a very good experience and we would like to go there again.

Very bad experiences about the behavior of management people

I have book this hotel. That was standard room. Hotel food was very expensive. The room was not clean.

This hotel is a typical case of how a good property can decay because of unprofessional management and sloppy service. Nothing is right. From the quality of the staff to the standards of hygiene and timeliness of services!

The Hotel rooms are like store room, without any light and natural ventilation. During summer, it's may ok for the help of ac, but in winter very difficult to sleep getting suffocated inside the room. Other services are good.

Food was pathetic, the reception staff were rude. Specially the local guys. The restaurant guys were pathetic.
