Location was outside market area....Area was deserted... you won't find any service in the day time till evening..A cup of tea costs โน 50 ....It doesn't meet the standards to be shown in Make my trip.... Lastly don't pay in advance hotel will not refund a single pie.... Horrible Experience

Thank you for your valuable feedback It is to inform you that this is a guest house not a five Star property,at the same time for a room rent of 2000 your expectations for a buffet breakfast is not worth.We are maintaining the status of our guest house and according to it we have given you the breakfast which is complementary.And about the soap and shampoo we provide as per your need for one person we give one shampoo packet and one little soap but if it was not enough for you sir you could have ask for it our staff would loved to provide you another piece of soap. We have checked that the hot water and the kettle for tea and coffee was completely working we can prove it as all our electronic devices are working well. This is one of our most loved rooms by our customers but pity that it didn't satisfy your needs Hope next time you get five Star facilities somewhere in rs-2000 Thank you

Sorry for the inconvenience caused But this is to inform you sir that we have voice recordings of you and our staff and our management have found that our staff have behaved very politely with you, moreover we have provided you the best room of our property which you denied. It is also to be mentioned that all our Air conditioners are highly well maintained,we can give a survey to it but you had a misunderstanding with the remote and couldn't operate it well. Sir it is very sad to say that even though you were given the best room and best service which we have proof in our cctvs but you created an unhealthy environment by rating us low.whitout knowing how it could have effected in the long struggle of someone one' s business . Hope next time after taking the best of facilities you wouldn't create an unhealthy environment for other hotels and business. Moreover we will always work on the development of our property Thank you
