Review Of THE TIMBER GARDEN ADVENTURE CLUB

The location was on the outside. The rooms were spacious but flush was broken, except 1-2 employees, others were not trained on how to talk to customer. On my arrival at 12 midnight i have to find and call for 30 minutes on different numbers of hotel to get connected with the hotel person because no one was picking the call. Breakfast was ok.

Rooms are not good. There is no service, no phone is available in room washrooms are very bad in condition no soaps and towels are available.

That place very smelly and mosquito kids are not safe there not look like that pics it was very horrible for my family

1 tant was not clean. 2. Lizard were rooming on tant roof. 3. Tv was not functional. 4. Staff was not co operative

When ever we have issue with the property or any thing else they only answer that sorry to say sir property owner is not agreed with that we can nor heko you! if property owner decided when why should book through your websight, we shoukd booking directly with the hotel so that in any concern they can support us!

Stay was not at all good as cleanliness, facilities nothing was there, rooms were also very bad, and The food was not good, room service was not available there, not at all a comfortable stay.

We had booked almost all rooms over there and visited with friends, loved The nature and amenities here, the swimming pool is The best attraction point here. Service was slow, and have to say, food quantity is so less and prices are high, but still, you will love The Adventure activities, enjoyed a lot, thanks to MakeMyTrip for a great deal.

It's the worst experience. No games to play it's called adventure club but there is nothing to play, swimming pool, all other amenities are in dead condition. What's the use to have only room to sleep when I opted a place for some activities. Service is good but the amenities are zero.
