Extremely Poor Maintenance – Not Worth the Price I rarely leave negative reviews, but this stay was deeply disappointing. The photos online were completely misleading. The actual condition of the room was far from acceptable. The wooden wall panels throughout the room were badly damaged and chipped, with large dents, scratches, and peeling paint — as if no maintenance had been done for years. It gave the room an unpleasant and run-down appearance, which is not what you expect when paying for a supposedly decent hotel stay. The general decor looked neglected — mismatched wall patterns, poorly finished corners, and exposed or patched-up areas that clearly hadn’t been fixed properly. Honestly, it felt more like a forgotten storage room than a guest room. The only reason I’m not giving zero stars is because the location was okay and the basic amenities were there, but that doesn’t excuse the condition of the room. Would not recommend this place unless they seriously renovate and fix these issues. Definitely not worth the money. ⸻

Facilities weren’t Good. Room was different with no proper facilities. Even i ask for towel , almost after poking him 4 times. He delivers towel

it was a horrible experience,room was shabby,room ac was not working,room tv was not working,broken wash basin tap...moreover despite making repeated complaint there was no resolution given,I will not recommend anyone to consider this property

The rooms were spacious enough. But the facilities were poor. The flush wasn't working, AC wasn't working, balcony was dirty, there was no dustbin in the bathroom, there was no hot water in the shower.

room was not clean, there were mosquitos in the room, not a proper bucket and mug for bath

This was horrible stayed . I will never visit again at this property.everything in the room was broken ,dirty washroom, running water in camod ,dirty bedsheets, no towel provided , they denied to provide basic amenities like soap, towel tooth kits etc, caretaker over drunk

Overall nice place to stay, High rise building, city view. Hygiene to be improved.
