Horrible stay experience
It was a horrible experience first of all I booked room with balcony but they provide the room without balcony though the room was quite big and also have full amenities. I was enjoying my stay and going to sleep and at the midnight almost 2am the. 2-3 staff boys entered in the room without knocking the door i was quite surprised by this and Then they left room. After 10min they knocked the door this time & at the midnight at 2am they are asking for from where i get booking they don’t have entry for this room even though they verify my booking and ID and get proper details prior to give room
