Review Of Yati Suites - Luxurious Rooms Near Expo

The property is very much deep inside the area with bad Roads and no shop or anything nearby the property, No food was available except tea that too Owner Avoided to give with ginger despite the helping person there had said ginger is available and you need to ask for it..... Owner lied first that Ginger is not available The day we arrived owner asked us to stay in the small room despite another room getting free, he lied that those guests will continue the stay, when we showed sadness about that small room he ARROGANTLY said "Cancel Kr do fir booking", then after sometime he thought something and said ki "karwa deta hu dusra room, ho jaega".... Next day He said check out time is 10 O'clock then we said its usually 11 and while booking also it showed 11 am but He again lied and forced us to leave urgently, due to which had to bath with cold water as we thought we have got already delayed at 10:25, and he will make trouble as he strictly said to leave quickly, when we went to bath hot water was not coming even if geyser was on, but we didn't have time to ask for help. Owner is RUDE, ARROGANT AND TROUBLESOME WITH LYING HABBIT....

the hotel obted as it's showing pet friendly..just after checking person came to us and told me that pet are not allowed a s we need to leave pets somewhere else's . any how I have requested and they allowed but with restrictions for keeping him at back space which we tried . lot of other restrictions like they don't have cooking staff only one person managing whole show . asked us food out side is not allowed . last night was heavy rain fall and watercame in badly Oi n room no 202 and201. our stuff gets wet badly no power backup only inverter support no water today morning owner was rude and note ready to co-operate they are changing cost for drycleaning seperately if it's gets dirty . not keeping duplicate keys in case of keys lost orisa placed. tied up with resturant and pressuring us to order before 8 where as as family we were enjoying and don't want to order early ...also food outside is not allowed. people are unfriendly... watching everything through CC tv and blaming for the non sense things like AC was on when we are our like other toooo we don't recomod any one to stay ..due to lot of restrictions

Good facility provided by the owner. The owner was very familiar. The rooms are net clean. Distance from Hotel to India Expo center near about 1 km by foot. and by auto or taxi 2 km approx.

They did not provide any towels and bathroom amenities, kettle is not working properly. They charged extra for the food I ordered and also for breakfast which I had already declined. And they refuse to give the extra sachets of tea and the milk powder

Rooms were small but cozy and staff was polite and good .it was great having a stay there with yati suits

I booked a room through make my trip and i got room confirmation but later i got a call from the room owner saying that my pass room is not available and we will refund you. This happened to me 2 times, this is wrong. After room confirmation, you should not say that you do not have a room, which made me feel sad. Now i come to our home
