Unprofessional Staff Washroom flush has an issue Bedsheet is below average

Dear Manager We have booked total 5+1 spot booking of rooms in your hotel on checking date 24 Oct and check out on 25 Oct as per attached voucher As you can see it is clearly that 15% discount on f&B has to be given on any billing. We have consumed food & beverages close to 4300 rs but during checkout- to our surprise the billing has been not been done according to voucher and full payment charged to us. When I inquired the duty manager said that it has already been billed we cannot do anything. This reply is not expected from a big hotel and we expect immediate applicable discount and refund of amount to us. Awaiting your urgent and prompt reply

My stay at this property was a complete disaster. The location is the only acceptable aspect, but everything else was far below even basic standards. The food was of poor quality, the amenities listed on MakeMyTrip were either missing or not provided, and the service was shockingly bad. The manager, Mr. Rajveer Singh, was extremely unprofessional and displayed rude behavior throughout. The entire staff seemed untrained and uninterested in guest satisfaction, treating visitors with disrespect as if they were an inconvenience. This place does not deliver what it promises and fails miserably at hospitality. I would strongly recommend avoiding this property if you value your time, money, and comfort.

Hotel Gopal Darshan is a good property at Nathdwara just near to Shiva Statue. Courteous staff and food quality is also good. Worth staying.

Location is far away to temple. Food is good but not better. Amenities are ok, but not handle properly. Services are very poor. Staff is not so experienced. Manners with guest is very rude & unmannered.

In the hotel all services is good but there is no buffet service for breakfast so we are very confuse.

🥶I was lost in the cold the whole night. Is this a room or mini Kashmir? The room was not packed properly so it was cold throughout the night.(waste of money) 🥴does not flush well in the washroom 😴In most of the 4 star and 5 star hotels, the restaurant timing is 24 hours or you can have dinner late night as well but it closes after 10:30 pm. 👍If you really want to stay in a 4 star hotel then maybe this is not right for you as compared to a 4 star hotel

Pros 1. Location - Near to the highway. just opposite to the Statue of Belief Cons. 1. Limited breakfast options. Items were cold even when we were at the very start of the breakfast time. 2. Rooms were not cleaned properly. One can easily make out dirty linen with spots and hairs. 3. Bathroom was not clean, with spots on the wall and toilet area 4. Since it was the holiday rush and with limited quality accommodation availability at Nathdwara, the hotel will surely survive even with the mediocre services 5. Parking was cramped 6. Definately not value for money
