The stay was average. The rooms were not that good as compared to what was shown in the site. It was summer time and we had electricity cuts at night. The rooms seemed very much overpriced. At this rate a lot better experience is expected. Not happy with the rooms and facilities provided.

I stayed with my parents and kids in shilyas. I had a very comfortable and pleasant stay. The rooms were clean and big enough. The food was awesome. Must recommend stay for family and kids

not good at all. at this level of price the room was not clean spider webs,wifi was not working after so many request they said it cannot be done. King size room was charged less then this. . D5mx 2@1;5🤗

Rooms are neat and clean. Staff is also very nice and also food is very delicious. Hotel is at a walking distance from mata chintpurni temple. Also the premises of hotel is very neat and clean. Overall this was amazing trip with the help of shilays

It is a good hotel. The location is good as it is close to the bus stand and within walking distance to Mata Chintpurni temple. You can easily move around to other destinations from here. Rooms are clean and nice.

Terrible Stay
There was single staff in hotel. And they took long hours to serve us breakfast. We waited so long. And the taste was pathetic. There was no water in tank when we walk up at 7. We have to call the staff 2-3 times to get water in taps. It's not the worth. I would rate it terrible 0 star.

About your breakfast Concern we have a breakfast menu that we serve with the time but when you order out of the menu then it takes 15-20 min to prepare. The hotel was in close proximity to the temple. There was appropriate parking. The staff was friendly amd the food was also good.

familyOne of the best plays i have stayed near chinturpni ji mandir when i say best i mean the stay rooms quick service best food ambience especially the breath taking view from the lounge the lift the rooms everything. The staff was super friendly and nice had a solution for everything. Must visit this place its the best u can get in chintpurni ji! ajay bhai made us love this place even more very humble person)

Poor Stay
familyTraveled with family. Had made clear multiple times on food order without onion and garlic. Specifically asked which items can be prepared without the use of onion and garlic and only ordered those items. First order was ok, but second time they served with onion even when it was again repeated that food should be without onion and garlic. Didn’t care to follow instructions and denied that we requested it as such. Remainder of the journey the staff was hostile and cold and did not care to tender an apology or admit their mistake. By the way flies, spiders and cockroaches are common in their rooms. We never raised it because staff was very cold towards us.
