Hotel Rattan

Good hospitality, cooperative staff and very helpful with everything. Away from the noises in the city.
The staff was very cooperative, they helped me with the temple visit and guided me for the rest of my tour.

The room facility not so good. Staff of the Hotel not cooperating .. They did not understand problem of the customers. Toilet facility not good .. Cleanliness of the Room and toilet was not in good condition ..

This is one of the worst hotels I have booked through MMT until now, the manager seemed to be well educated but still had ill-mannerism, I called on the contact number provided on my booking voucher to ask the exact location of the hotel, and the manager told me that it is easy to locate on google maps, yet it was next to impossible to find the hotel w/o the help of localites. The location is extremely poor and the hotel doesn't even bear a signboard to specify hotel name. The staff was immensely drunk and the rooms were very dirty, the utensils and waste were lying there since the last visit, they didn't have a dustbin either. The washrooms were broken, the shower was broken, no toiletries or blankets were provided. Bedsheets were dirty and stained. I just hated the hotel and the place. The hotel management or staff don't seem to have even heard of the word 'service' if I had an option to give a negative pointer, I would have opted for that. The place is ridiculous. I think its high time that I switch to some other hotel booking app other than MMT.

This hotel gives a bad name to MMT. Rooms aren't clean enough, bed sheets were changed after repeated requests, mattresses are just piece of foam and very uncomfortable. We had to remove them after 30 mins and we slept on the bed without any mattresses.

It was a good hotel with reasonable prices and nice features. Very friendly staff simply value for money. I hope this hotel would grow in future with loads of features and becomes one of the pioneer in the market.

Room was cleaned, good hospitality, good behaviour of staff, bathroom was neat and clean, good location, it was pleasant stay and value for money. I would like to prefer this hotel always. Thank you so much.

Nothing is in order. Sometimes nobody at the hotel. Nobody to take orders. No food available. If you want tea they give you tea after 2 hours. If someone told me to rate this hotel. It's 2 out of 10.

Very nice and coperative staff nicely attended with neat and clean rooms easily approachable very much near to the jawalamujhi temple only 5 minutes walk from the hotel. Safe for the family and for couple.
