HOTEL HIMALAYAN REGENCY

We booked hotel at 11:50 pm. Reached hotel at 3:20 am but the hotel was locked. After knocking the gate for several minutes and also calling the hotel number frequently but no response came. Later one security guard who looked like intoxicated started behaving rudely with us for disturbing him in the middle of the night. We showed him the online booking but he said no staff is here and he is the only one there and asked us to come after 7 am. After tolerating his insults, we tried to call him and made him give the contact number of receptionist and then over phone we was told to open one room. Very bad experience. We were lured by the ratings and promotion of this hotel Himalayan Regency by MMT. Bad

Location was good Food also good Other facilities like room cleaning. Sheets . Towel was not very clean

good room for family, food is quite better and the location is just couple of metres away from main gate of Jawalamukhi Mandir

It was a very nice stay I really liked it this is the only hotel which is very clean neat.rooms are well maintained it is very close to temple they are co-operative as well only the thing is rooms are quite small if they could improve on this this would be the 4 star hotel near jwalamukhi Devi temple

The hotel is a well knit, hygienic, well equipped place. Food at the restaurant is tasty. Location is also so conveniently placed.

Staff was Polite , Food was good quality and They also helped arrange special entry to Jwala Ji temple premises

Everything was well managed, food was awesome. Location, property everything was good. Only one thing I didn't like is there was o window or ventilation in the room. If they do than it's very good. Regards

Rooms were very small. Breakfast was on order, might as well not take it including the rooms tarrif.

The hotel is conveniently located on the main road. The room was well organised and nicely maintained. Food was more than satisfactory. The behaviour of the staff was excellent.

Rooms were small, food was also average, however staff behaviour and cleanliness was upto the mark.

Hotel is better compared to other options available nearby. Restaurant is really good. Must try himachal daal. Cleanliness little more needed, but sufficient for stay. Very close to temple complex. Towels have yellow stains due to visitors turmeric rituals. Just next to it, there is huge parking of temple trust.

Very small rooms, they do not have staff if you reach and check out early in the morning. Food was good

Very good hotel for stay as it is very near to mata jwalaji i. E. 5 minutes walk to temple. Good food & courtegeous staff.
