Location wise very good hotel. In the middle of hustling city. Very close to the temple but the hotel rooms are not well maintained and requires deep cleaning. Hygiene precautions need to be taken

No proper service Restaurant overcharge on packed food products like water bottles and ice creams. Rooms dont have all amenities as mentioned like no Refrigerator or in no working condition in rooms...

Location is the USP but the management of property needs a radical overhaul. The hotel boasts of being a three star property but has dirty curtains, unclean bathrooms and cheap furniture. At best the property ought to be labelled as two starred and taken off from all good online travel platforms. The property’s only USP is it’s close proximity to Mata Jwala jee. Regrettably the property boasts of its three star status and is being listed on your platform assuring its clients the basic minimum standards. The parking is limited, the food below average, the room furniture cheap, in a state of decay, the breakfast unpalatable and the hygiene standards are appalling. The least the Make My Trip can do is to delist this property. Thanks and regards.

Hotel prices is high as hotel room prices not worth

Worst hotel, bad hygiene, bad room view, bad service. I can write a lot but see below. Example we were three guest one from malaysia. We paid adv Towels were bad, floor mat extremely dirty. Arrogant front office manager. Drilling noise during night and early morning. Blanket for 3rd guest had no cover means every one using same, no preparation for three we had to ask everything. Dental kit we had to ask, funny for three they gave one tooth paste. this place cant have high rating. By over rating hotel. We should be refunded at least 5k rupees. This place is not worth more then 2k.

It was a good hotel, spacious room and bed were quite comfortable and room service was good and there was no noise at all. No image sorry

It was a great experience. All the things were well arranged and managed. Well cleaned rooms and communication between staff members was great.

Hotel king residency is a very clean property. This is good for a family.

Good stay and hotel very close to temple. Had booked 7 luxury rooms for 16 people with breakfast and meal.

Neat and clean room. Spacious as well. You will have to ask for toilet kit (toothpaste and brush), as they don’t provide it on their own. But on demand they give. Food is ok types. A bit expensive though. Service is good. If you are carrying big size luggage then you will have to ask for a table to keep it as they don’t keep the table in the room for keeping luggage. Overall good.

Located on main road. Parking available. Room was neat and clean. Reception staff is not very nice to receive the guests.

Service extremely slow. Staff at number 444 and 106 were very non cooperative. Breakfast in restaurant was good.

Issues 1. No electronic card for locking 2. No hand washer dispensers 3. No shower caps 4. Television is old no smart tv nor any channels subscribe 5. Food is very low quality 6. Lack of coordination in staff 6. Beds springs were out and very risky for injures 7. Above all prices are high as per the room good 1. Neat and clean 2. No bad smells and good odor 4. Location is excellent 5. All its a average hotel not 3 star

Hotel was great, the service provided was excellent. Also the food was amazing, must try their smoky dal. And the 2 double bed room was a great add to be together with your family. Overall a must stay place if you are visiting jwalaji

Smell, cleanliness was very poor. Prices were quite high and also food taste was not good enough.
