over-all good service and good food

The location and the ambiance of the place was rustic and enjoyable makes you reminded of a old secluded cottage with serene view.

Worst location, worst ambience & aminities, dirty dark & dangerous rooms having termites & fungus, excessive extra charges for extra food, unsympathetic behaviour of staff, a terrible experience.

Service is good but the property needs more maintenance particularly in the lawn area which is not organised well, location is awesome with nice view

a good property but neglected and poorly managed. aesthetics which is an essential part of such places is highly missing as evident right from approach road to entrance and then to main building. room design and size is good but cleanliness is missing as evident from the dust entangled in the curtains. staff is courteous but lacks training. food choice is limited but quality is ok. overall cost is exorbitant as compared to overall quality.

The room was upgraded by the manager with a deck view. From the deck we could hear the calls of peacock at night. The satpur hills and the backwater view from the room is beautiful. The food is good. Hotel staff are very cooperative. Enjoyed the stay. 5

I recently stayed in this property and i had a really good experience. Everything was excellent, from cleanliness to the food. The vibe of the place was quite relaxing and the staff was really polite and helpful. Will be staying again in this property

On the bank of tawa river and 5 minutes from madhai gate, it's a great property specially for vegetarian people. Rustic set up, limited rooms and very friendly staff if you want a few days of peace and solitude. No network zone so tech detox is possible. Highly recommended

Nice and pleasant relaxing trip. Approach road is muddy for 500 metrs. Absence of swimming pool is disadvantage. Food is homely and taste excellent. Staff is pleasant and cooperative. Service is good and satisfactory.

The property is not worth more than rs 4000 per night. And not at all good for kids family.

The views were breathtaking. The room was like that of 5 star hotel. Food was delicious. We could pray cricket in front of hotel. We also had bonfire night

From checkin to checkout, everything was so smooth and easy. Mr. Hemant sharma is a great caretaker. Food is to die for. Room services were amazing and the way they served food was mind-blowing. Loved the rooms, view and the washrooms were clean too.
