location is okey, food is not good, amenities nothing, bed linen was also not clean, very poor condition

furniture and other things in room are very old and outdated As per star rating and amount is not justified

Location is excellent. Service is very good. Food is also good. Staff is very co-operative. The room and toilets are clean. Only areas they should improve is better Towels and toiletries. Only negative- there were cockroaches in the room. They should regularly do paste control.

bathroom was too small.lift was not working.even ac was not working for long hour.amenties are not as per star mentioned during booking

old clean rooms . complementary buffet breakfast is good. But the dinner option is only veg (salad, roti, rice, dal,papad, 1 veg curry & 1 veg fry). Option for 1 veg & 1 non-veg should be allowed.

Dirty bathroom , for Rs 20 rupee sprite bottle , hotel charges 125 rupees. Other than this staff behaviour was good .

It was an average hotel, as compared to tariffs. Their restaurant is also very costly.

It was one of the worst experiences... nothing right from check-in to service in the hotel to house keeping in the room to maintenance required in the bathroom to AC noise in the room to laundry guy on weekly off and so no pressing service....

Well maintained hotel with nice staff and excellent hygiene,bit costly on the food side but breakfast is quite amazing.

Washroom is not working properly , Pathetic service ordered for coffee pouch they provide me after 1 hour when i had called them 4-5 times.worst experience i will not recommend to choose this hotel to anyone . You will get good hotel at this price dont prefer this otherwise you will regret.
