    No amount paid back even when i couldn’t check in

    Since my train tickets weren’t confirmed, i could not travel to destination therefore never checked in. When ai asked the call attendee to refund some amount if not all, they completely refused. I tried to explain my reason for not being able to travel, they rudely denied. No respose on mmt’s mail also.
