Room ok. Water crisis.night time no water. Landline phone not working. TV not showing any channel. Some smell in rooms.

1. In the evening, they did not provide hot water. 2. The food is not good. 3. One night, we didn't have water.

We stayed for one night. Stay was during peak winter and there was electricity/power cut many times and even early in the morning. Bathroom was not hygienic.

Service good, food is good. Stayed with my family. Overall rooms are a bit old. Clean bathrooms, clean rooms.

Amazing staff. Amazing food and excellent location. Do consider this hotel for an amazing experience

1. We were served breakfast with “cockroach tadka”, no courteous call, no formal apology from hotel side 2. No liquid handwash in toilet 3. To my utter surprise, no toothbrush and we are informed that it is out of stoke

I did not check in they refused to give a room and said they don’t have any terrible experience please give me a refund

A little far from the town. Provides basic amenities with a very limited menu. Breakfast was awfully sparse

It was pathetic stay, bathroom was not cleaned. No hot water was available available in the morning, staff was not at all interested in helping the guests. Room was full of dust.

The hotel’s beautiful setting adds charm to your stay. Enjoyed delicious meals, good room amenities. Overall, a pleasant experience.

Homely stay. Staffs are supportive and helpful. The rooms were very neat and clean. The hotel location is spectacular though it is a little outskirt of town. Overall it was a pleasant stay for us.

1-terrible no facility it is dharamshala no jet spray in toilet no electric kettle no facilities front desk staff jasbir has no manners and rude restaurant staff was not ready to serve food in restaurant rooms has foul smell overall pathetic make my trip should avoid these sort of properties

Stay is very terrible we booked 6 rooms but hotel provides only 3 rooms

The place was ok but not kept well. The staff was also not well informed. The tv wasn’t working and even after multiple attempts by the staff. The tv didn’t work. Overall an average stay

The hotel room was nice. The food is not so great. The basic amenities like dental kit, water were not available in room and were given after reminder.

No electricity back up in the hotel. Full day night we are in dark area. Food was pathetic. No geyser in the room. Almost useless property. Waste of money. Rooms are very small. Requested front view but not given & almost hotel is empty

It was a good comfortable stay staff was good hotel was good too i surely recommend other to have a safe and pleasant stay over here
