Good Stay
Need to work in breakfast, it’s not good . Takes 30 min to prepared order that again you can order from 2/3 menu no major option available fruit n juice not part of breakfast

Night halt for road trip warriors
soloIt’s ok as a night halt on your way to tourist hot spots like manali. Wouldn’t recommend it for anything more. Slightly off the main highway, next to a petrol pump. Rooms are very basic. Hygiene just about gets a pass mark. Staff is friendly.

This is one of my best choice in mandi. Whenever i come here they are better in every visit. Food is awesome and butter chicken is best choice u may order

Cancellation policy
Overall experience was ok. There are things that i didn't like at all from mm t side regarding cancellation policy. I've been charged for 2 days though i wanted to cancel for the next day of my stay and that's really annoying and that i need to pay for that day also. My view for the mm t app has changed now and will be shifting to other apps like ibibio or agoda

Hotel is excellent, we stayed overnight and we enjoyed staying at sweet basil, staff was very good, room was comfortable to us, we parked car and made driver also comfortable, on the whole we other family room and had great time. Have booked through makemytrip and had great experience
