It was great. Property was clean and staff was good

Ambience is amazing the room the washroom facilities are very good but the delays in food service and food was not up to the mark.

Room was awsome.... Location is 5star .. Hakka noodles so yummy... Bathtub facility in room is just commendable... Love it.... Reception staff is polite..... Little bit things .. Hair dryer not available in room. Breakfast options are less.... Tea kit is sufficient but whitener quantity is less.. Fan not available in room.. Fan should be provided for better circulation.. But allover a 5 star experience 😍😍😍

This is a wonderful facility for a wedding venue with very very helpful staff, rooms were big and spacious, but it had various things which were uncomfortable for us: 1. The location was too off-beat and at the farther end of the city. 2. Did not see any guests. No one was staying there other than us. 3. The worst part was the breakfast. Since there were no other guests there was no buffet. And inroom breakfast was a mess. The mix parantha was a disaster loaded with kasoori methi and bread omelette was raw and gooey. 4. Swimming pool water was hazy too, though they did say filter was running but it didn’t look so. Best for party people who like privacy, but not good for the rest. Again staff and rooms were really good.

My stay at The Olivia Gardens was really great. The property is exquisite especially for winters. Rooms are spacious and washrooms are also neat n clean. Staff is also helpful. In terms of food, the hotel needs to work on its Breakfast options (as they have fixed 3 pr 4 options only)and breakfast should be served in the common hall instead of room service. overall it was a really good experience.

Swimming pool not available even after promissing to provide after 4 hours in the evening. Further food was thali system with average quality. No buffet was there. Only good thing was room quality. Service was also very late.

Its a very worst resort rooms are so stinky bathroom taps are not working properly so much complain cant describe much i left room early

the most terrible stay I had till date on all booking done via MMT. First day when room alloted nothing was good in the room. no washroom lock working, no door lock working, any thing we were asking property people was denying. no doormat and no clip in washroom to hang clothes. in morning water got over. then we shifted to another room where ac was not working properly. but only one person I should appreciate was Navkirat Singh who helped us to make the stay bit ok. whatever he could have done he helped us. but if i talked about property it's un maintained. I think MMT should remove such properties from there list or I should thing of booking from it.

Nice property and big lawn room are good we enjoy lot we find with go ibibo location is not good for form restaurant food is good amenities are best and service is good

Rooms are good, location is ok. Food availability and service is poor. No point of adding breakfast in during stay since it is very basic with just prantha and sandwiches. Swiggy works better here and ordered from there.
