I stayed at this hotel in Kathgodam for 3 night during a transit to Nainital. The location is convenient—just a short drive from the railway station, which made it ideal for my quick stopover. The staff was courteous and check-in was smooth. The room was basic but clean, with a comfortable bed and functioning air conditioning. The bathroom was hygienic but could use some renovation, especially the fittings. Hot water was available, though the pressure was a bit low. Wi-Fi was weak in the room, but better near the reception area. Breakfast was not included but Food was available from the in-house kitchen and reasonably priced. Overall, it’s a functional 3-star property—nothing fancy, but decent for a short stay if you’re in transit or visiting nearby areas. I would recommend it for solo travelers or families looking for a budget-friendly option.

Very clean room and bathroom too. Best shower I have ever experienced. Excellent food at a reasonable price. Excellent service.

Me and my wife stayed in 'The Mount Valley ' hotel, they provided the exceptional customer service at this hotel impressed me. They were always friendly and asked how our stay was going every time. They were also able to recommend places and help to get a taxi with a friendly driver. the best thing is that we were just one call away to get fresh and tasty food. I would love to recommend people to stay in this The Mount Valley hotel.

The hotel is on the main road and near Kathgodam Station.Staff is cordial and helpful. It is newly constructed and kept clean.

The property location was good but the hotel was too costly as normal stay charge was half of the price booking. charging too much from the traveller.Avoid booking

It was a lovely experience, the staff is very friendly, guided us the details we wanted to know, booked a cab for my travel, it would 100% recommend it. The rooms are clean
