Review Of The Manali Cottage | Rooms & Restaurant

We were allotted room on 1st floor of new building on phone and when we reached there, hotel prople felt sorry for giving that room to someone else who requested and ultimately we were accommodated in another room in old building. There was no daily changing of bed sheets, towels, soap etc and no cleaning of room, washroom and even dustbin inspite of handing over the room key to the caretaker. No tea bags, sugar sache/cubes. Whereas cottages occupied by our friends nearby were having excellent facilities including cook n servent at lesser daily tariff. This is enough to improve, i think

Very difficult to find property. Even did many of calls to find property but call not answered very horibal

At our check-in time they refused to provide us any room that we have booked on mmt. They didn't even talked to us her hotels care takers came to us and told us that there's no more room available and at that time snowfall was going on at night we can't even look for new room. Then her hotels care takers told us that they'll arrange a room near by their cottage the owner of that cottage provided us a simple room and that was also a bit unhygienic because the bedsheet and pillow covers were so much dirty. But he told us to compromise with situation as no more option is available and that's what we did. One more thing i want to add the owner of other cottage asked us that if we do any complaint against the cottage that we have booked he'll charges more around 5000 he said. At last i can say only thing thing that we suffered alot and don't want that someone also suffer like us. Only we know what we've gone through.

The location of this place is too good. 360 view from Cottage is adorable. Staff and food is very very cooperative and good.
