At our check-in time they refused to provide us any room that we have booked on mmt. They didn't even talked to us her The Manali Cottage | Rooms & Restaurants care takers came to us and told us that there's no more room available and at that time snowfall was going on at night we can't even look for new room. Then her The Manali Cottage | Rooms & Restaurants care takers told us that they'll arrange a room near by their cottage the owner of that cottage provided us a simple room and that was also a bit unhygienic because the bedsheet and pillow covers were so much dirty. But he told us to compromise with situation as no more option is available and that's what we did. One more thing i want to add the owner of other cottage asked us that if we do any complaint against the cottage that we have booked he'll charges more around 5000 he said. At last i can say only thing thing that we suffered alot and don't want that someone also suffer like us. Only we know what we've gone through.

The location of this place is too good. 360 view from Cottage is adorable. Staff and food is very very cooperative and good.
