Excellent Hotel to stay at Surat near to Airporrt
We had a good and Comfortable stay, all the staff were very nice to us specially Mr Varun on front desk. Room was very clean and tidy. Would recommend to stay at this Hotel. Location was exceptional as well.

Excellent Stay
I stayed at The long D hotel during my business trip at Surat for almost one week. It was really a pleasant experience. Staff and people encountered are welcoming and easy to interact with. The accommodations and surroundings are nice and relaxing. I will rate this Hotel 5/5.

Average Stay
I booked a Deluxe Suite but the room quality was just ok. Nothing sort of suite. Food is on the expensive side with regular taste. Breakfast was disappointing as there were very few options and no live counter.

Room size not as per your showing.. website showing my. Room size 2350 sq feet and room was very small like 250 sq feet... also no window

Excellent Stay – Highly Recommended!
I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The staff was incredibly warm, helpful, and professional throughout my stay. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with all the amenities I needed. The location is perfect, peaceful and quiet. The breakfast spread was delicious with a good variety, and the overall ambiance of the hotel made me feel relaxed and at home. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area and look forward to staying here again in the future!

Excellent Stay
Overall experience was not satisfactory. At the time of check in at 11 am room was not ready and I went for my work and came at 4 pm and the room key was handed over to me and in room I found both towel and hand towel was not available. I complaint for the same and then both the towels were provided. Next day again when I was leaving for my work, I requested to clean my room and at 3 pm when I came back though the room was cleaned but again both the towels were not available and after my complaint both were provided. Secondly it seems that booking under MAP plan were treated different way in their restaurant. First day when I requested for noodles but I was denied because it doesn’t come under MAP plan. However, next day I complained at reception and then I was informed that today they are ready to provide. I went to restaurant for my dinner and ordered noodles and one Lassi. I found that noodles which were served was hardly six to seven spoons and the lassi was in very small glass whereas the people who were not under MAP plan were served in bigger glass. I complained for both the items (noodles and lassi) to the person who has taken the order and he had no reply for my complaint and he just said he can repeat the orders but I refused. Unable to understand these type of differences. Are we not paying the money. Why we are treated in different manner just because of MAP plan. Yes they can say that in MAP there are some restrictions but that doesn’t mean you will differentiate or do partiality in quantity also. I am very much disappointed because of such behaviour.

Worst Hotel ever
room no 107, 1) Door can't be locked from inside. 2) No Hot water , House keeping staff struggled for 15 mints yet Hot water missing 3) Breakfast is terrible 😔. items available are Pakodas, Stale Dosa, when asked upon freshone, was informed it will take time. 4) channels not in working conditions. 5) Bathroom Sink battery operated tap stops in just 1 sec. you keep on waiting for another 5 second for water to pour.overall not at all worth a room. Remarkable Stay Experience
I had stayed from Deluxe room to Suite and every room have it's own deco and comforts in all manner. Staffs are well informed, good communication skills and ready to resolve any problem related to stay, city tour, baggage handling, early check-in to late check-out as well. I came up with unplanned journey out of state and they helped me parked my vehicle for 2 weeks with no extra charges. My family and me were very happy with their any assistance. At last, Zabrish is best for foods.

breakfast issue-horrible not reco
The room was good with required amenities, an early check was provided to us at 10.30am on request.We went for breakfast today morning and we found that buffet spread was not there due to some technical issues.They tool order for breakfast on ala carte but even after waiting for more then 30min the breakfast was not served.They served one item but that was very oily and not fit to be consumed.The morning experience was very dissapointing and we had urgent meeting scheduled we couldn't wait for more time (after 30min wait)we left the restaurant and checked out immediately. had informed this to the duty manager at the reception . I would recommend this hotel only for stay but not for their breakfast.

Terrible Stay
Firstly I was given room without ventilation. After 3 hours of waiting I got a desired room, but I could hear the snorting sound of a guest sleeping in the next room. This hotel is Not Advisable
