1) Ac or Non AC room is not mentioned also I have paid 750 additional charges 2) AC is under owners control 3) Geyser is under owners control. 4) Owner is very rude in talking. 5) Staff is good rooms are also good 6) Parking is at Our own risk owner is not responsible for any loss

Additional charges, if any, are transparently explained during check-in for upgrades or specific requests.& most importantly before Booking you have personally called & enquired about rates an all, & you personally choose to book online. 2.AC & Geyser Control :-These appliances are managed centrally for safety & energy conservation. Guests can request assistance at any time, & our staff is happy to help. Which was told during check-in. 3.Staff & Cleanliness :-We’re grateful you appreciated the cleanliness & staff efforts. We work hard to ensure comfort for all our guests. 4.Parking Disclaimer :-Parking at most budget properties in city areas is at guests' own risk, & this is a standard policy across similar accommodations. 5.We respectfully disagree with the claim. The guest demanded an AC room below standard rates & made personal remarks about the owner. Despite this,our staff remained professional. We welcome all feedback but encourage direct communication during stay

Excellent hotel for solo travel.
Nature of staff was really good. I would like just inform them to provide ac room so that anyone can easily select the option, because i was shocked when i checked my booking was in non-ac room, but when i checked on it was just showing the non-ac room.

too pricy and tidy main
room was not clean and room service was not done on my 2 days stay. a broken bathroom with floor and toilet broken.

Broken bathroom tiles and toilet. No room service was done for 2 days of stay. And the property owner was rude. And said you are mmt customer so you have to pay 200 for late check out.

Hotel is good it's average. In room side table and cupboard need to improve. Toilet was ok. Rest housekeeping ok. Location is good. Images not captured so unable to share sorry for this

Delayed check in.
Check in delayed because of child age concerning hotelier which could have been solved between two even before arrival.
