I am writing to share my recent experience with your property, which unfortunately was disappointing—not due to the property itself, which is well-maintained—but because of the way the situation was handled by the property manager,
I arrived at the property with my family and young child approximately one hour before the official check-in time. While I fully understand and respect check-in policies, I believe basic courtesy should allow guests to wait inside the premises, especially considering the extremely high temperature outside (around 45°C at the time).
However, we were denied even basic access to a waiting area. I had to repeatedly request and practically plead for consideration before someone finally intervened. Throughout the interaction, uncooperative and quite rude, which made the experience unnecessarily stressful and unpleasant for me and my family.
I hope you will look into this matter seriously, as the attitude and behavior of a property manager significantly impacts guest experience, regardless of how good the property itself may be.

While we always try to follow our check-in policies to ensure all rooms are properly prepared, we understand that arriving early—especially with family and in extreme heat—can be difficult. You arrived much before the official check-in time, and at that moment, our caretaker was still cleaning the property floors to get everything ready for incoming guests.
However, understanding your situation, we still provided you with access to the second floor to rest, even before the check-in time, as the first floor was being cleaned.
