Poor Stay
Location is easily accessible, rooms are spacious but lack ambience; our room had no window. BF menu was horrible, stale poha and medu wada. Though, hospitality staff was welcoming and guest oriented.

The service was very bad, there was a confusion in number of rooms we had booked during check in which was very inconvenient cause it was already late in the night. The bedsheet and pillow covers were very dirty and even after complaining it was not changed, the room overall was very dusty and not clean at all.

It was an ok ok stay with grand rajwada, the price is bit high in terms of cleanliness, first we got a room which was pathetic, then we ask for change and they did, staff behaviour was good no doubt all are giving their best, only cleanliness is an issue as we can see small cockroaches around inside the room which will not give you the pleasant feeling, even though room was crafted better.

Well i already visited this place previously but stay in room 1st time and the amount i paid for the booking is more as compared to the quality of room the door lock, the bathroom, the tv cable connection or any kind of amenities in the room is totally outdated the interior was also not good looking like spare wheel. Something good there food was good and service of hotel is also good

Convenient location & excellent hospitality
We stayed overnight while travel-ling by road. Conveniently located off the nh4 before the town market. Great space and ambience, the rooms are also good, with clean sheets. People managing the front office are warm, caring and very helpful. This was our 3rd visit and we will live to come back again for a stay.

Good property services can be better
Great property. Room is good quality restaurat food is good (try the khichdi) laundry facility not reliable. No tea/cofee maker. Room service takes time and is mot reliable. No taxi service in seoni town. Getting an auto from hotel is also a struggle. Hope these things will improve

Avoid this hotel till it's fully ready.
I checked in with family and was allotted a room in a floor where works are going on. They should have avoided allocating rooms in the floor where works are going on. Uncleaned floor and worker trying to open the door. Very disappointing experience. Towels were old, stained and leaving lint. Limited options for breakfast was available. In the night we were told of a buffet breakfast however the same changed with 3 options given by hotel staff and added bread with buttrer and jam later. Despite of all issues the staff was very courteous. Would recommend this property to be avoided till it's work completion.
