Huge Price Difference, Issue with Breakfast, Actual image and room are different, Bed highly uncomfortable.

Worst experience i had. I stayed for 3 days but the lift was not working. Service is very poor. They take lots of time to serve. One day i had to miss my complementary breakfast for this issue. For everything you need to ask them like shop, towel, ac remote, tv remote. They don't even have a landline in their room. In 3 days they have changed my room 3 times due to different issues like, ac is not working, door lock is broken.

Very very unhygienic hotel and moreover nothing is pleasant neither the food not the rooms it's was more like lodging at this price point.

Location was reachable through station, good food and services, comfortable stay and cozy environment.

Washroom is not clean and room also very congested and staff is also not helpful. We are facing water issues as well

Very poor service with this high tariff of 1800. No landline in rooms. You have to reach ground floor for small issues. ( my room was in 3rd floor. No buffet breakfast available even after charging for breakfast only room swrvice which was fixed for 2 day stay. Paratha and poha only. For extra poha they charge and no water bottle included in rooms. Bathroom is the worst part as very smelly and dirty. Jet was not working. Bathroom is small and commode is dirty. Mosquito is a lot in room and bathroom. Never choose this hotel waste of money and bad experience.

The room was not clean and even the bathroom was not properly clean. The whole night there were mosquitos. Wifi was not working. The telephone was not working.

Bathroom & badroom are poor not upto the money which hotel charged. Geyser was open wiering, have to think twice before switching on.

The room charges are very high according to hotel rooms comfort and cleaning. Even ac and tv are not working. Room service phone is not working with water leakage in the washrooms. Towel and soap are not available during the check inn.

Bathroom is not cleaned and service is not prompted. Ac is not working for room. Room is stinky. Service boys are i’ll mannered.

Its a good hotel with good rooms. Room service is very good but restaurant its almost empty all the time and they prefer to serve you in the room. Some facilities like ac and shower needs to be upgraded. Nice location in heart of city and you get auto from hotel doorstep.
