coupleThe hotel is not maintainer properly, charge is high but poor maintenance, several times we told to repair bathroom basin as water was leaking from their but they did not do anything. Room has odor and after telling they put room freshner, curtains, walls all are dirty. Very unsatisfied with room.

The hotel is in a nice vicinity and prime location. The entrance imparts a feel good vibe but there is shortage of space for vehicle parking. Hotel is clean and the staff is well behaved but regular maintenance is required for e. G. The lift had an issue. Rooms are average should have been better for a hotel if this stature. There were no complementary tea coffee neither a cattle. Mattress was hard and the bedsheet must have been washed several time as it looked very old. Bathroom needs an upgradation and was not upto the standards
