Very pathetic experience. There was no room service at all just for a bottle of water we need to call 5 times and then we got it after 3 hours. They charge u for the cleaning but when u ask for cleaning the room they dont have staff available.

The property is in a good location but the service is not good, network is unreachable in their rooms, neither the Wi-Fi works even after calling them more than thrice it didn’t got resolved. Plus there’s a hidden charge of some amount which they charge after completing all the formalities. Water dripping from the AC, No Wifi, No cleanliness.

Location of the hotel was not that good. Even though it was in city, we faced difficulty in find good restaurants nearby both at night and in the morning. After booking we went to the reception/front office. They stated that someone else is managing this property and we were asked to wait for about 30 minutes, that too after a day long journey from Kerala. The room was neat and clean but the service was ordinary. No bath towells were there. Faced difficulty using lift due to poor key. The key is to be shown in the slaught of the lift to get to the top. There was leakage in the bathroom. Over All it was an average experience.

very bad hotel in room there was smoking smell in the room proper water is not there in the bathroom there was no water bottle to drink water and in bathroom there was no soad no shampoo no dental kit no towel very bad service

Yeh hotel apne aapko “luxury” bolta hai lekin yeh bilkul bhi luxury nahi hai. Room ganda tha, wallpaper fate hue, bathroom ka gate toota, flush se paani lagataar beh raha tha. Service zero — order diya par koi aaya hi nahi, room mein phone bhi nahi tha. itne paise lekar ghatiya facilities di. Bilkul bakwaas experience, paisa aur mann dono kharab ho gaya.

Absolutely horrible, the room I was first checked into had seepage coming from all the walls, dirty floor and kitchen area, smell from the washroom and dirty sheets and blankets, then I was checked into another room which also had dirty blanket and smell from the washroom
