There was no reception area and I have called reception. I have called on the calling number Hindi after 30 minutes in Gallery. See directly the key of room very dirty already used and wash area was very dirty. Know any office at the floor or as per the receptionist, the office was situated running on floor in very small area. So as per our statement was few staffs and no arrangement for at the time of handing over the demanded 350 voucher for cleaning the room, the cleaning room was very poor, very poor.

Room was not up to mark at least minimum standards of property should be taken care of and hygiene should be maintained .

The experience was horrible,lack or service,no seriousness was there in employees towards our requests. No cleanliness, no internet . We literally had to change our room 3 times in 3 days. Thank you

The property was not at all maintained , washrooms were dirty and there were stains all over walls and floors. We literally checked in and checked out within 5 minutes, it was that horrible.

Very bad rooms , staff shortage, lift card not working properly, room key not working properly, towels were very badly stinking, geyser not working and no hot water

The room is very good and location also good but the service is very bad. No response to call and not provide materials as per his condition provide before booking....Bill is also not given at that time. Send to what's up after many call....

Rooms were filthy. The building looks amazing from the outside but the rooms are managed by individual agents and they don't give a damn about cleanliness. Smelly bathrooms

My stay at The Grand Anukampa (The Fern Habitat) in Jaipur was truly exceptional. The property is impressive with excellent amenities including a well-maintained pool and club. The management and staff are extremely professional, polite, and highly organized, ensuring smooth and comfortable service at all times. The environment is vibrant, modern, and very well kept. Overall, it was a memorable experience and I would strongly recommend this place to anyone visiting Jaipur.

The Grand Anukampa Hotel is an Airbnb concept which is the best concept in Jaipur. All the facilities like infinity pool, club, gym & spa are available here and the staff is also very good.

This is the best hotel in Jaipur. I would like to suggest that any family that comes to Jaipur should stay at Grand Sky Luxury. The service is very good and the staff is also very good.
