1. Bathroom - lacks exhaust fan , there is no perfumed odoriser either , a common feature now a days
2. There is no drinking water facility, leave about mineral water (as mentioned).
3. Bedroom - has cheap light weight plastic chairs, pillows are thin .
4. Worsely, no staff is available at the premise 24 hours . A young man who identified himself as a manager , although not impolite, leaves the building at night keeping the main entrance locked . A phone number was given though. With no staff in the building, visitors are left to mercy uncertainty in the event of any emergency at night .
These are not mentioned in the details.
We paid Rs 4140 for two nights and felt nothing cosy and homely about this property , what is called a homestay.
