Review Of Hotel New Mayur

Hotel unable to give a 20 rupees water bottle instead of 1700 rent. and bathroom is too unusable.

The hotel is poorly managed & unhygienic. The copper pipe of AC & The water draining pipes are passing through the washroom & water droplets are falling on when you sit on the commord. Wash room never dries, it is always wet. Make my trip users are also not treated well by the management. Difficult to find location with Google map as the address given is wrong. Total uncomfortable stay 😡

This hotel is in a very good location where taxi stand and auto stand are within a minute's walk. One chai shop and one pharmacy are available in the ground floor. A market is very near to hotel. The hotel has a restaurant which delivers good quality food at room only. For running geyser you have to request the receptionist first.

All r ok that hotel. But bathroom need to modify and kindly open restaurant all time.

Room condition was very good and their service is also good and other parts were clean but the check in time was late evening despite they ask me to check out on 11am normally the rules are check out time depend on check in time and my check in time is 6pm but they ask me to check out 11am as i booked through makemytrips.

Main doors of the rooms are very badly tight. Always need to put lot of pressure to open the door when entering and exiting from rooms. Whole night mosquitoes bytes are very very terrible. Couldn't sleep at all for 3 nights stay. No gizar was available in 2 rooms. They are not responsible to provide hot water for bath in that case. Also gizar main switch is off every time until we ask them to switch on the gizar. We need to wait for 1 hour in the morning to get the hot water for bathing.

The hotel staff are good and they are very supportive and helpful. But the hotel is old and the cleanliness is not upto the mark. Price is very high compared the hotel standards. Don't book the family room as it has no facilities.

The staffs are indecisive. They are non-cooperative.

The location is great. No food available, but they will arrange for you. There are cockroaches in the room, even after we change the room, cockroaches are still there. Not so clean. Bedsheets and blanket covers need to be washed.

Un hygienic room, broken bathroom, staff not responding, refused to serve food on order. A very bad place to stay.

The stay was lovely. The place was clean and very close to the train station, and subway. Enjoyed the stay.

Although, i had complementary of breakfast. No restaurant was here. Even a mineral water was not available here. Room was not so cleaned.
