The mattress and blanket looked old and didn't feel freshly washed.

Overall experience is good.

The hot water was a little tricky, usually i prefer more control on my hot water. Rest was fine. Food and service is fine.

A serene hotel in a picturesque town. They were gracious and wonderful. It is situated centrally and the food is great as well.

No geyser, ac was not working, horrible sound from ac, had a extremely poor sleeping experience at the place. Had to pay more than the regular price from make my trip.

Room and bathroom are not so cleaned. In the name of the hotel they are using the word INTERNATIONAL but they are not maintaining the DOMESTIC standards.

there was only a window air conditioner which was absolutely insufficient for the cooling of theRoom. The staffs were unwelcoming and it was not worthy of even shd check the hotels before giving them frivolous stars. we trust you and you should not fail us

Deluxe room (stayed) -clean bathroom. Big rooms. Effective ac. Clean linen. Standard room (ventured to stay to save bucks. But could not-terribly below average, best to avoid. Food was palatable. Staff were friendly.

I stayed with my family at this hotel for one night. It was a decent experience. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly. However, i felt that some aspects, like the decor and amenities, could have been more modern. Overall, it was a satisfactory stay for a short trip.

Location -good food quality - good staff behaviour - very good toilet - clean, but need improvement, such as shower diverter need to fix. At present hot and cold water need to mix in bucket and bath with a mug. Thats not at all desirable in a hotel like this. The lawn could be improved, by setting a childrens play area with swing, sea saw etc. Sitting arrangement may be set there. Overall the hotel is go-id to stay

Best for travellers on road-trip on mumbai kolkata highway. Food is decent, staff behavior excellent. Rooms are neat, clean and spacious. Sufficient car parking space with a night guard.
