Worst Experience, Service not provided by them room conditions also not good

the place is very dirty and food was horriable ,,no services even i never suggest any one to stay

Very neat and clean room and washroom with clean bed and towels. The floor was neat and clean. AC was working perfectly. Staff was cooperative and obedient.

location was good, but their service was very much poor. this hotel don't have lift even. And they will not help you to lift your luggage to 3rd floor. Service was very terrible they provided stink sheared towel.

This is very terrible hotel which shouldn't be allowed booking. - There is no lift and nobody assisted me to bring my luggage to 3rd floor - Room had bedsheet of worst quality - One tile was broken in bathroom and it was bizzare - After my complaint they changed room - Water started dripping right at top my head where I slept - Again they changed my room to 1st floor where there was Wifi wasn't available, and mirrors was so worst that you can't see anything. - I had breakfast included but 1st day they provided only bread butter this is worst hotel. - Then they changed my room

Toilet door is not good in cleanliness and not comfortably operational, staff is cooperative and friendly, even at the time of check in midnight at 1:30 am. Overall good to stay.

Painting need to be done in hotel rooms. Ac water was falling on table. Owner is cooperative but hotel needs improvement.

1 - terrible this hotel is not hotel it's like dharamshala and the room tariff is very high not the value off this hotel when you see the rooms where dirty and mush see the bhatroom very bad the room ac is not working properly we have complaint 6 to 7 times then they change my room but the same problem ac is not working properly they guys have set the ac temperature on 24 inbuilt and the food is very bad very spicy the they provide breakfast free it's very bad in taste my stomach is paining

Very old rooms, pathetic service. Front desk staff don't know wifi password! restaurant asks breakfast menu (select any one of available 2 items)and start preparing against order! a big no to consider next time stay.

Very cooperative staff hygiene was good cleanliness was up to mark of the hotel room service was also good. Good behaviour by the staff. Must stay at the location. Only suggestion is that price is high please maintain it pocket friendly

Had an overnight stay with family. Nice rooms with good ventilation. Slightly inside the main road. Value for money!

When i booked it, it was not clear that the hotel did not have a lift, and after several requests about my health as i was operated, no consideration was done. And was forced to climb the stairs as it was odd time i couldn't cancel also

The hotel staff was very polite. Breakfast was customized and served diligently. Our request for a little late check-out was accepted without any charges. The hotel location is fantastic and just walking distance from the railway station. Overall i enjoyed a night stay.
