Hotel Shalimar

The hotel was not upto mark, not at all clean. Washroom was terrible. Hotel has refused to pay gst invoice, asked me to contact make my trip for gst invoice. I am travel-ling on behalf of comapy so need gst invoice to claim.

I had stayed there for Two night for business trip. food was quite good. location was also okay but the property was too old and not also well maintained. In terms of service I am not happy. Even they are not willing to provide A single complimentary water bottle. I had already informed him that I had to left the hotel in early morning 6am and in season of winter I required hot water for bath. on 1st day I had started the hot water cock and waited for 40 min but no hot water and after inform to hotel management they had arrange the same. on other day again I had started cock and got hot water even after 30 min. So I had to wake in half an hour early in morning for the hot water arrangement. I found lack of basic amenities

Best budgetary stay option in bharuch, staff is polite and supportive, cleanliness is also good. Located in centre of the city

It was a pleasant stay. Hotel staff very much cooperative and professional.

Hotel has not provide checkin and reason provide u have not valid document that you and my wife are married, it was first time happened in my life, i provide him marrage card, photos but they continue demand marrage certificate. I have not that certificate at that time. Finally provide checkin in the hotel, and the hotel rules immediate change when i strongly recommended that not to book such this hotel if you want to stay in hotel shalimar, approach is very pathatic, behaviour is very rude, rates are also high, quality of hotel not too good, over all stay worts

Hotel shalimar rooms look ok but linen and towels dirty smelly rooms bathroom are not clean doors are rusted and broken cockroach in towels no hot water corridor flooring like a road footpath furniture had dust all over

Well maintained with older style and very good services and perfect location

There is no wifi and parking atleast at the hotel, i had stayed for 7 days, not even a single day wifi was provided and parking too.

High price, hotel providde service are worst. Make my trip take extra money for breakfast and hotel provide your free alu parotha 1 no. Extra they will charge. Even water bottle also charge extra. Rooms are only have 6 feet height, very cosy, dark, no amenities. No proper billing, i have fight for break fast bill. Resturant are use less.

Toilets are not properly cleaned, ac was not working properly, tv was not upto marked, insects in the room

Very bad experience. Reception was very rude. I called to discuss my problem n that guy put phone aside. They don't know how to talk. No responsible person was present in hotel at night. Very very very poor experience
