The stay was comfortable the hotel staff was also good. Just one thing to mention, the breakfast served was cold each day I had to ask the boy to get hot food everytime. Rest everything was fine

Terrible Stay

Unfortunately, my stay at The Elite Royale was disappointing for several reasons. The check-in experience was cold and unwelcoming. The front desk staff seemed disinterested, which left a poor first impression. The room was dated and poorly maintained. The bed was extremely hard—more like a wooden slab than a mattress. Basic hygiene was lacking. The toilet was in a run-down state and genuinely unpleasant to use. Toiletries were not provided in individual packs but through a bulk dispenser, which felt unhygienic and substandard. The laundry (bedsheets, towels, etc.) looked old and not properly cleaned. The room had no view, and overall, the place felt neglected. Breakfast was possibly the worst part—oily food, including a watery sambar, and nothing fresh or appealing. I wouldn’t recommend this property unless it undergoes a serious revamp. Not worth the price or the experience.

Rooms are neet condition but the staff needed training in guest relation

I recently stayed at this property and had a mixed experience. On the positive side, the room itself was perfect – clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The cleanliness throughout the property was top-notch, and I appreciated the effort put into keeping the environment tidy. However, the service left a lot to be desired. The check-in process was very poor; I had to wait over 30 minutes before being given a room, which was quite frustrating after a long journey. Additionally, I made multiple calls to the reception requesting a plate and cutlery, but they were never provided. I also asked for an iron and ironing board, but only received an iron box without the board, which made it difficult to use. The staff need better training in guest service and responsiveness. With some improvements in this area, this place could offer a much better overall experience, as the facilities themselves are quite good.
