The location of hotel is not accessible and road condition is very bad Moreover the room rent is overpriced and staff is also not supportive

Yes, many guests get confused as they follow Google maps, and in Ladakh, the internet is limited. familyProperty is still under development. The staff is good that's y average. The rooms are dirty as if no dusting, nothing. Hope they will improve for a good rating in the future.
