Property location good no food service only stay amenities were not working like TV was not working and when we complaint bout that at hotel then receptionist behaved rudely his attitude was not good services was average

It was totally a best experience for me, as room was ready when i reached and also they behaved very friendly

Mr Rajat is working there as Care taker . He is very caring person , cooperative person . Experienced very good . He helped us a lot . I wish him for every success.

Room and bathroom not proper clean. No geaser in bathroom

Very basic accommodation, without geysers, towels, door mats.

Place was not worth the price i payed because facilities was not provided properly, geyser was not working also soaps and towels were not provided despite of many requests

It was an awesome experience staying there. Perfect location. Very close to assi ghat, varanasi. The owner was quite cooperative. The air conditioner was superb. Nearby there is an itihaas restaurant. Excellent food it provides. Thanks to the cozy cottage hotel.

Ac condition was not up to the mark. There was no geyser in washroom. I don't have

The ac was spilling water and it was a bad condition room, please avoid this stay and choose another

The location is prime - very close to assi ghat, food we had mostly from outside as there are loads of options around. It is probably the best stay i have had till date. The owner and the caretaker are the most understanding and well-mannered people ever and are very accommodating to all requests possible. From helping us to arrange auto at 1 am at night to running to get salt amid-st holi, they were really humble. I went with my mother and they held up to a room just because we reached early and needed sleep. Do not have to think twice before booking this place )

After paying per night we did not get the facility of geyser and tv in the room. Only one small table with single chair provided. No arrangement of kettle for drinking hot water in winter. Spring mattresses were not comfortable at all, though bedsheet and blanket cover were neat and clean. No in house pantry. Faced problem even for getting a cup of tea.

Location very good, staff cooperative, facilities in room need to improve for homestay so that we do not hv to call service person for small things
